Green Loan Support

Green Loan Support is the website that represents the Tehama County Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ). The purpose of the Tehama County RMDZ is to establish local markets for recyclables, increase businesses and jobs, and increase solid waste diversion in Tehama County. The Tehama County Recycling Market Development Zone provides the following:

   
  • Financial Assistance through attractive loans
  • Free Feedstock Studies
  • Free Siting Assistance 
  • Free Marketing Assistance 
  • Free Permitting Assistance & Regional Collaboration  

 

Eligible projects include:

 
•  Waste Prevention – For example, modifying equipment to use less material or packaging
•  Reuse – For example, a C&D reuse store

•  Recycling, Composting & Anaerobic Digestion
